2020 the 3rd International Conference on Shanghai Artificial Intelligence was
successfully held in Shanghai with the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of
Economy and Informatization. The conference was organized by the Shanghai Advanced
Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and jointly hosted by the
Shanghai Computer Society and the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Society. Taking place
on August 22-23 in Pudong, Shanghai, the event attracted over 800
participants.
In the planning of the conference, SPCO placed a strong emphasis on inviting
distinguished experts, including academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,
academicians of the European Academy of Sciences, fellows of the Canadian Academy of
Engineering, IEEE Fellows, and other high-level professionals, ensuring a high academic
standard. Additionally, careful consideration was given to the thematic planning of the
conference, and comprehensive work was carried out in terms of conference logistics.
Attendees included top scholars and entrepreneurs from both domestic and international
companies such as Alibaba, 360, and Amazon AWS, contributing to the success of this
grand gathering. Through these efforts, SPCO successfully created a platform for the
exchange of international cutting-edge ideas and experiences in the field of intelligent
technology.
